Chris founded Zenith Search on the back of 16 years of international recruitment experience. He has worked in UK and Australia across a range of search and recruitment roles from senior consultant, to team manager, business development and director.

Before moving to Australia, Chris worked in the highly competitive European IT and professional engineering sectors, consolidating his skills in executive recruitment.

Chris now provides professional recruitment and executive search services to Western Australian clients in the construction, mining, professional engineering and supply chain and logistics sectors.

Guy has decades of experience in the recruitment sector, both in Australia and the UK. Over his extensive career, he has recruited and managed successful, high-performing teams. At Zenith, his focus is on recruiting for the construction and mining industry, including civil infrastructure, commercial building, mechanical and heavy industrial projects and mining operations.

Barry came to Zenith Search with more than 10 years’ experience on major commercial construction projects in the UK, as well as about 4 years of technical recruitment in AsiaPac Investment Banking IT.

He is skilled at building and maintaining business relationships at all levels, and is reputed with clients and candidates alike for maintaining transparency throughout the recruitment process.

Barry’s focus is recruiting for the engineering and construction industries in Victoria.

Jordan Crawley

Jordan has more than 10 years’ experience recruiting construction professionals across all disciplines in Western Australia. He focuses focusing predominantly on civil and mechanical/electrical contractors.

Drawing on his deep knowledge of the sector and local market, Jordan is able to quickly understand clients’ needs and identify the talent to match specific requirements.

Before joining Zenith in 2014, Jordan worked internally with tier 1 contractors, whom he now serves as clients.

Tanzela Azam

Tanzela brings more than 20 years’ experience in recruitment to Zenith. She boasts outstanding customer service and is dedicated to delivering results to both clients and candidates.

Her key expertise is in human resourcing for healthcare and community services, office support and admin, sales and marketing and finance and accounting.

She has extensive experience in national recruitment, from the east to west coast, as well as in remote and regional areas. She is passionate about engaging with people to find positive solutions in complex situations while building long-term relationships.

Liam came to Zenith in 2021 off the back of more than 10 years’ experience in the mining, industrial and defence sectors. He has demonstrated experience delivering successful projects for Tier 1 and 2 contractors across the Pilbara and in the Perth metro area, particularly in the metal trades space.

Liam’s career has developed over time through roles as a recruitment consultant, team leader, team manager and business development manager.

Joe Forte

Joe started in recruitment in 2010, specialising in technical white collar roles across the resources and infrastructure sectors.

While his primary focus is recruiting candidates at all levels of health and safety, including HSE and training, he also helps our team across roles in project controls, estimating, surveying and engineering, as well as retained assignments in executive search.

Working closely with each of our teams around Australia, Joe recruits across civil construction, SMP, building and mining. He uses his interpersonal skills and technical expertise to ensure he finds finding the right person, with the right skill and personality, for every role.

After graduation in 2016, John started his career in business sales and then moved into mining as a project administrator/coordinator. He has worked with largest mining sites across Western Australia.
